Graduate Fashion week- Kingston University
Our final show for the week was Kingston. The show was full to the brim with fashion enthusiasts and what a treat we received. The level of work showed was of a very high standard and variety was great.
Zoe Wells, one of Pittards sponsors, displayed a beautiful collection of a-line garments accessorised with floppy hats and beautiful leather handbags. The colour palette was very well thought out with each outfit only allowing one colour way. Well done Zoe!
Christine Kinson’s combination of fur, sparkle and hound tooth in a sport lux style was an exciting contribution to the show.
Chandni Vora’s bags cut in half and Lauren Golding’s rucksack and coat combined was one of Pittards favourites. It was great to see women’s and menswear also exploring accessories!
Marious Alexandrou’s wood grain inspired collection worked fantastically with the men’s tailored pieces.
Charlotte Barrett’s futuristic laser cut pieces was an exciting collection. The shapes and textures worked wonderfully with the colour ways.
Alexandra Caudwell produced a gorgeous collection of sporty lux combining gold accordion pleats with sleek cream cocoon coats! A completely wearable and extremely desirable collection!
Laura Teasdale’c collection of menswear was an intriguing mix of knitwear, tailoring and leather with each outfit complete with a mesh mask decorated with a fish. A real crowd pleaser.
And lastly Elena Gatsenko’s collection was a mixture of structural and floaty, the models glided down the catwalk like Disney princesses.
Overall Kingston did not disappoint, we cant wait to find out what’s next for the fashion hopefuls.
